Description:

This class is designed to introduce lifeguarding skills and knowledge to advanced swimmers. Participants will be using lifeguarding equipment, practicing CPR skills and mock scenarios to prepare for a future in lifeguarding. Participants must be able to front crawl & breast stroke at least 25 yards.

This is NOT a lifeguard certification class.

(This class is offered only as a group class for ages 10 and older)

Skills Learned:

• Introduce lifeguarding skills
• Introduce CPR and first aid skills
• Introduce emergency equipment
• Rescues and mock scenarios

Price: $55.00 - $65.00 Taxes waived

Required age: 10+ on the day of the activity

Notes: This class meets eight times, Monday-Thursday, for two consecutive weeks on the dates and times listed for 30 minutes.

Prerequisites: Participants must be able to front crawl & breast stroke at least 25 yards.
