This class is great for both novices & experienced dancers. You will learn Tribal Style belly dance (A.T.S.) -  the fundamental movements, partner work, isolations, strength, and conditioning drills.  This class builds a strong foundation and is instrumental in familiarizing students with the Tribal Evolution belly dance troupe unique vocabulary.  This is a low-impact class suitable for all body types and ages.
