Description:

Under the mentorship of a CIT coordinator, CITs (Counselors-in-Training) will acquire the essential skills required for assuming the role of a camp counselor. They will delve into child development theories, learn to organize age-appropriate activities, and develop various competencies essential for effective counseling.

Participants have the flexibility to enroll for multiple weeks in this program. The primary objective is to implement teachings from individual counselors and the CIT Coordinator, applying this knowledge while guiding children throughout the week. 

Please note, participation in this camp does not guarantee future employment at Gold's Gym Summer Camp as a counselor.
