Description:

Coach Noble’s Sports Performance program has developed some of the GTA’s best athletes over the last 15 years. This program is rooted in the same evidenced-based, field-proven training principles we use with our professional athletes and is adapted to each athlete’s age and developmental stage. Each athlete’s program is based on an individual assessment, sport, training history, specific requirements. Each session is led and closely monitored by a full time qualified professional coach who is committed to maximizing each athlete’s training session. Athletes will also receive mentoring around lifestyle habits, nutrition and personal leadership. This program can be adapted to an athlete in their off-season or that are in the midst of a championship run!

Every Athlete in this program will undergo:

  • In depth Biomechanical Assessment and performance testing battery

  • Sport/Position-Appropriate Programming

  • Tailored programming based on developmental stage and specific needs of each individual athlete.

The SHP program consists of:

  • Weekly assessment and progress tracking

  • Professional coaches with CSCS Certification on a 4:1 athlete to coach ratio, including a professional speed coach and mobility specialist who work alongside our strength and conditioning team.

  • Work Directly under Coach Noble, Co owner and Director of Athletic Performance

  • Individualized coaching and customized programming designed based off of test results and progress.

  • Post-workout meal plans can be included in program at an additional cost

  • Blood tests and nutritional counselling (external services at additional cost)

  • Speed, Agility and Quickness

  • Explosive Power Development

  • Functional Strength Training

  • Energy System Development

  • Linear/Lateral Speed Techniques with Professional Speed Coach

  • Sport Specific Yoga with a Professional Instructor

Unique Assessment and Testing Protocol | We pride ourselves on our efficient and intensive assessment protocol. Our priority in assessing an athlete is to expose imbalances and address them through improving chain reaction movement mechanics, creating long-term motor success

Required age: 14 - 17 on the day of the activity

Notes: There is no sessions on Thursday, July 1 and Monday, August 2. For now, the program timing is scheduled in the following blocks: June | 3pm to 6pm July and August | 1pm to 4pm Parents will be contacted to select a 1 hour period within these blocks.
