Description:

Le niveau intermédiaire s'adresse aux athlètes ayant effectué plus de 3 sessions de gymnastique. À ce niveau, les gymnastes perfectionnent les bases apprises au niveau précédent et développent leur force ainsi que leur agilité, tout en apprenant de nouveaux mouvements plus complexes. 
Le programme récréatif vise à développer la motricité, l’agilité, l’orientation spatiale et l’estime de soi de l’athlète.Toutes les gymnastes s’entraînent sur 5 engins : saut, barres, poutre, sol et trampoline.
Les athlètes progressent à leur rythme et sont évalués à la fin de la session. Elles recoivent un bulletin au dernier cours mentionnant dans quel niveau l’inscrire pour la prochaine session.

The intermediate level is for athletes who have completed more than 3 sessions of gymnastics. At this level, gymnasts perfect the basics learned at the previous level and develop their strength and agility, while learning new and more complex movements. 
The recreational program is designed to develop the athlete's motor skills, agility, spatial orientation and self-esteem. All gymnasts train on 5 apparatus: vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline.
Athletes progress at their own pace and are evaluated at the end of the session. They receive a report card at the end of the class indicating the level in which they will be registered for the next session.
