Dites bonjour à notre nouveau programme: Activité découverte! Venez en grand nombre chaque fin de semaine pour s'amuser et explorer. Entre les circuits organisés et l'exploration libre, vous auriez une variété d'occasions de découvrir la gymnastique et le parkour. C'est l'activité parfaite pour les athlètes qui aiment travailler à leur propre rythme et essayer des mouvements hors des limites des cours encadrés. Que ce soit pour venir s'entrainer ou pour s'amuser avec un ami, l'horaire flexible de ce programme vous permet de choisir quand venir et avec qui. Vous êtes tous bienvenue chez notre club pour explorer la gymnastique et le parkour!

 

 

Say hello to our new program: Open Gym! Come join us every weekend to have fun and explore. From organized circuits to free exploration, you will have a wide variety of chances to discover gymnastics and parkour! This is the perfect option for athletes who like to work at their own pace and try things out of the usual boundaries of classes. Whether it is to come for extra practice because you can't get enough of our classes, or simply to bring a friend to have fun on a weekend afternoon, the flexible training allows you to choose when to come and with whom. Everyone is welcome to join our gym to discover gymnastics and parkour, all within our club's security rules. Hope to see you all tumble and flip around our gym!
