Description:
DROP OFF ONLY Athletes are introduced to the wonderful world of gymnastics. Gymnasts have the opportunity to explore and practice new skills on all four artistic apparatuses: Vault, Bars, Beam and Floor. This class is intended for young girls & boys who are new to gymnastics & have little-no experience. They will be learning introductory gymnastics skills such as front rolls, handstands, cartwheels, swings on bars & various walks/jumps on /beam. Athlete's will be working towrads completing levels 1 & 2 of the Recreational Girls program.

- 2022-2023 GO Insurance for Provincial Competitive Athletes
- 2022-2023 GO Competitive Invitational Insurance Fee (Xcel/Compulsory/Interclub)
- 2022-2023 GO Recreational Athlete

Prerequisites: Athletes need to be capable of listening and following instructions in a group setting.
