Description:

The Competition 1 Rhythmic course will provide valuable information to prepare coaches to coach competitive athletes at the Provincial Level. Certified Comp 1 coaches will be eligible to coach RG levels 1-6 as well as be on the floor as a coach at Provincial Championships.

The Comp 1 Theory modules will NOT be included in this course. Since coaches will not be completing the entirety of the course content, they will still be considered to have "in-training" status until all components have been completed. Coaches will be required to attend the online Comp 1 Theory course to obtain the Theory component. 

Comp 1 RG Course + Comp 1 Theory = Comp 1 RG TRAINED status

Course Fees:  $225 (taxes waived)

Payments for the course can be made by sending an etransfer to info@gymsask.com. Please explain what and who the payment is for in the etransfer.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Registrations must be received by the registration deadline.
• Course may be canceled if there are not enough participants registered by the deadline.
• A $30 late fee will be applied to registrations received after the deadline.
• Participants will only be registered in the course after online registration and payments have been received.
• All participants must be/become registered as a coach with Gymnastics Saskatchewan.

REFUND POLICY:

• Participants must notify Gymnastics Saskatchewan at least 5 business days prior to the course if they are unable to attend.
• All refunds are subject to a $10 administration fee.
• Failure to send notification will result in forfeit of registration fee.  NO SHOWS are subject to payment of the full registration fee.
• A full refund will be issued if the course is cancelled.

Notes: -If you or people in your household are feeling unwell please do not attend the course. -Please arrive 15 minutes early. -Please bring your own lunch and snacks or be prepared to go off-site for lunch. -You are encouraged to bring your own hand sanitizer from home, but we do have hand sanitizer in the gym. -This course requires physical participation, please dress appropriately. NO JEANS. Prerequisites: To be eligible to take this course you must have one of the following: • Level 1 Rhythmic Certification • Gymnastics Foundations Rhythmic Certification • Gymnastics Foundations Rhythmic TRAINED (GF Intro, GF Theory, GF Rhythmic) To enroll in this course coaches MUST be 16 years of age and have a Gymnastics Saskatchewan coach membership. Coaches from out of Province must be registered with their respective gymnastics federation.
