Description:

We will be teaching proper form of punches, kicks, footwork, and body movement. Students will work on strength, focus, self-esteem and discipline while having fun! Please note: this is a non-contact program.

Required equipment: please bring your own boxing gloves (these can be purchased at Walmart, Canadian Tire or Amazon), and a water bottle.
