Description:
Tara teaches a gentle flow class which is accessible for every body and all bodies. Class structure draws from her 20+ years of movement and body work and include deep stretches, strengthening, somatic movements, fascial work breathwork and more! Participants should bring a yoga mat with them as well as a ‘firm’ blanket which will be used to bring softness and ease to the practice. See you on the mat! No Class: May 20 or June 3, 2024
