Notes: We reserve the right to remove your child from camp if any known behavioural needs or concerns have not been declared prior to attending camp. This ensures the safety and well-being of all camp participants and enables your child to have the best camp experience. Once a registration has been accepted and processed, Heartland Forest will follow the refund schedule below: • Refund requests made at least at thirty-one (31) days before the participant is scheduled to attend the program, will be provided, minus a fifteen dollar ($15) administrative fee. • Refund requests made at least thirty (30) days before the participant is scheduled to attend the program will be provided, minus a twenty-five dollar ($30) administrative fee. • Refund requests made between twenty-nine (29) and thirteen (13) days before the participant is scheduled to attend the program will be provided, minus a fifty dollar ($50) administrative fee. • No refund will be provided within twelve (12) or less days before the participant is scheduled to attend the program.
