We're celebrating the theme "Powered by Connection" during Older Americans Month 2024 with a Plant & Seed Swap! To emphasize our focus on the profound impact that meaningful relationships and social connections have on our health and well-being, each participant must bring seeds or at least one plant to exchange at the event.
