Description:

This class is designed to prepare your athlete for game play with real live action repetitions. Players should be able to dribble on the move, pass, shoot and understand the basic rules of basketball. Each week includes a half hour of practice and a half hour of scrimmages, with teams switching each week. Parents/guardians are encouraged to help coach during scrimmage time.
