Description:

The Chicago Union Ultimate Frisbee clinic is a two hour session focused on the basics of ultimate and having fun! Coached by a professional ultimate player, we will learn how to throw (forehands and backhands), catch, and work together as a team to play the game of ultimate. Our goal will be to get better as a group and use positive reinforcement and encouragement to build a community we all feel comfortable learning in.
