Description:

This 60 minute orientation of the fitness floor will be led by a certified personal trainer. You wil llearn where all the machines are located, how to use and adjust each machine and what muscles are worked with each machine. In addition you will be introduced to the free weight section and additional fitness equipment that members have access to. Lastly, members will get a brief description of all group fitness classes. The orientation will leave time for any additional questions to be answered.
