Prerequisite:  Must be a Women’s, Men’s or All-Gender Basics class graduate and have instructor sign-off.

You asked for a shorter, all-gender Weapons Class and we listened!

This 12-hour workshop takes your adrenaline management skills to the next level. Building on skills acquired in Basics, you’ll practice verbal negotiation skills and physical techniques to escape from or subdue an assailant wielding a gun, knife or club.
