Description: Training includes balancing, vaulting, climbing, swinging, rolling, jumping onto, over and from heights. Parkour is an awesome workout and excellent training for any athletes who stunt, like wake-boarders, skiiers, skateboarders and athletes that want to master unique movements. This is an ideal independent play environment for non-traditional learning.
