Description: Sphere 1 incorporates CanGym levels Burgundy, Red and Tan and is a great introduction to the excitement and thrill of gymnastics! Participants will learn basic gymnastics skills on all apparatus in a fun, safe, positive environment. Gymnasts will progress through the CanGym levels at their own pace while improving their fitness level and self confidence.
