Fall Term

Tec sessions consist of a small group of Goalkeepers. Because of this you'll get more touches on the ball and more individual coaching feedback. Player to coach ratio is from 4:1 to no more than 8:1.

Tec sessions will be 75mins long. Warm ups will include different aspects of the keeper position, including footwork, agility, plyometrics and much more followed by various goalkeeping drills focused on technique and development.

Sessions take place Indoors at The Box

Term: 10 Sessions

In the event that we must shut down, all sessions are "Banked" and will be made up at a later time.

Groups:

• Groups will be created by putting like skilled players together regardless of age which will allow for the specific development of all players.
• There will be some cross over in ages. 
• Some movement may occur at beginning or throughout the year to ensure groups are a good fit. ​​
• Groups will be divided based on age and level of registered players. These groups are only a guide and final decisions will be made in August.
