Description:
An intensive two-week college-level encounter with mathematics and statistics for highly motivated and curious high school students. Students will collect data for analysis to present possible solutions regarding efficient energy usage. This project-based statistics course will have a final outcome of learning how statistical math can be applied to concrete, real-world problems with realistic solutions. Prerequisites: must have completed Algebra II. Students must bring their own laptop.

Required age: 13 - 18 on the day of the activity
Notes: Full vaccination (and eligible boosted) required. Students must bring their own laptop. Students should plan to eat lunch between 12pm and 1pm if they are staying all day. Students who are enrolled in either morning or afternoon classes may not remain on site for lunch.
Prerequisites: Must have completed Algebra II.
