Join Arielle for a relaxing and rejuvenating evening under the rising Full Moon. While looking over the beautiful marsh landscape this Yin-storative class will take you

on a journey through breath, gentle movement and some stagnant poses. Holding poses for longer periods of time helps reduce stress and release tension throughout the body. This solemn workshop will promote a deep sense of peace, wellness and relaxation. The final relaxation will include an optional application of essential oils. All levels are welcome. Feel free to bring any additional props such as blankets, pillows, and blocks.
