Join Reiki Master Cynthia Tarantino for an evening of Reiki & Restorative Yoga to open to your heart's intentions. We will blend breath work and guided meditation with prop-supported yoga poses and an individual hands-on Reiki experience. As your body and mind move into deeper relaxation, the vital energy will restore and nourish you. Space is limited.
