Description:

Join us for a fun-filled week of exploration and discovery. This program provides field experience for young scientists to explore the ecology of LBI. Using the bay, beach, and salt marsh as a living classroom, students collect and classify specimens, test water quality, and learn all about the environment around them.  

*Note: Campers spend a good deal of time outdoors in this camp.  It is recommended that campers wear sunscreen, bug spray, a hat, and appropriate water shoes and clothing to explore the marsh and bay. Please apply all sunscreen and bug spray before arriving at camp. 

Marine Biology is located in the Science Building along with Nature Studies. Some activities may combine the two classrooms.
