Description:

Join Brock Silverstri, for a week of movement! Campers will go through fitness training, circuits and fun-filled physical activities to boost their speed, endurance and overall general fitness.  Anyone is welcome to join this camp regardless of their physical fitness level. Activities and training will take place on the camp-grounds and the beach.
