Description:
Come join Jennifer and work at your own pace for this full body, low impact seated and/or standing Golden Pilates workout. Jennifer will guide you through easy-to-follow-exercises designed to improve mobility, flexibility, strength, range of motion, balance, and bone density. Participating in Golden Pilates will ultimately help to prevent falls and injury and enhance quality of life. The session will meet on Thursdays from 11 to 11:45 a.m. Start date is Thursday, April 18 and will end on Thursday, May 23. Fee for 12 classes is $63.00 and for 6 classes is $38.00. As always you can mix your H2O Fitness and More classes. Go to Club House II to register. Registration must be within 5 days prior to start of class.
