Lessons designed to be adaptive to the needs of each individual participant. Participants receive one-on-one instruction with an in house Swim Instructor.

Whether you are a beginner who has never touched water or a competitive swimmer that wants stroke refinement, these trainings are for you.

Each session is 4 classes held on alternating days.

Required age: 3+ on the day of the activity

Notes: Thrive Swim Lesson Make–up and Refund Policy: If the participant cannot attend and does give a 24 hour notice then the lesson will be eligible for a make-up lesson. If the instructor cannot attend and does not give a 24 hour notice then the lesson will be eligible for a make-up lesson. If we have inclement weather or power outage and the lesson is canceled before 30 minutes into the lesson, then the lesson will be eligible for a make-up lesson. If the lesson is canceled after the 30 minute mark, then the lesson is not eligible for a make-up lesson. Make-up lessons are to be held on Fridays or based on a mutually agreed upon date/time between instructor & participant. Thrive does not offer household account credits.

Prerequisites: If Children are ages 3 or 4, the parent or guardian MUST accompany the child in the water.
