Lessons designed to be adaptive to the needs of each individual participant. Participants receive one-on-one instruction with an in house Swim Instructor.

Whether you are a beginner who has never touched water or a competitive swimmer that wants stroke refinement, these trainings are for you.

Each session is 4 classes, one class each week for four weeks. 

*Please note we will not have class 3/9, the instructor will discuss a makeup lesson with each participant on the first day of class (3/16).

Required age: 3+ on the day of the activity

Notes: Thrive Swim Lesson Make-up and Refund Policy: If a participant provides a 24-hour notice of their inability to attend, they will be eligible for a make-up lesson. Similarly, if an instructor fails to give a 24-hour notice, the lesson will also be eligible for a make-up. In cases of inclement weather or power outages, lessons canceled within the first 30 minutes are eligible for a make-up. However, if the cancellation occurs after the 30-minute mark, no make-up lesson will be offered. Make-up lessons are scheduled on Fridays or based on a mutually agreed-upon date/time between the instructor and participant. Please note that Thrive does not provide household account credits.
