Notes: Thrive Aquatic Make–up and Refund Policy: If the participant cannot attend and CALLS/EMAILS at least 24 hours in advance, then the missed class will be eligible for one change to another time/date. If a participant fails to give a 24 hour notice, no refund or make-up will be allowed. If the instructor cannot attend and does not give a 24 hour notice then the participant will be eligible for a refund or change to another time/date. If inclement weather or power outage and the class is canceled before 15 minutes into a 30 min class, then the class will be eligible for a make-up. If the class is canceled after the 15 minute mark, then the class is not eligible for a make-up lesson or refund. Make-up classes are held on Fridays or on an agreed upon date/time between the instructor & participant. Thrive does not offer household account credits.
