Description:
For ALL levels! Help improve your skating by building strength, stamina, flexibility, and technique OFF-ICE and watch your skills transform ON-ICE. Skaters must bring own yoga/Pilates mats, tennis shoes, and water bottles. All other equipment will be provided.
