WEEK 7: ASPIRING ARTISTS

Get ready for a week filled with colour, imagination, and endless creativity at Aspiring Artists Camp! Counsellors will teach the campers about different styles of visual art. Who knows, maybe the next Picasso will be in attendance?

Welcome to Summer Day Camps in Manor Park!

At camp, kids will enjoy playing outside, using the fire engine park, splash pad, sports field, swings and will participate in a variety of active games and sports! Crafts and art projects will be incorporated, as well as music, quiet time and read alouds. Camp Counsellors will incorporate all types of programming into the day to engage all interests and skill levels.

Camps will take place almost exclusively outdoors, so it is essential that your child arrives with sunscreen, a water bottle and hat - or rain gear on wet days.

We highly recommend and appreciate you sending your child(ren) to camp wearing their bathing suits. This will allow for less time changing in and out of bathing suits and - more time in the splash pad or slip N' slide!

A Parent Handbook will be distributed electronically to all families who complete their registration prior to arrival at camp.

Required age: 4 - 5 on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Children must have celebrated their 4th birthday before attending camp. Children must be potty trained.
