Description: TEEN VOLLEY is our oldest developmental teaching program. Designed for Junior High or grades 7 and 8, the game of volleyball is modified slightly to increase the number of contacts and quality of play in a controlled manner. This level will use the Ontario Volleyball Association “3-ball” format to begin (this is where teams will play 3 rallies for each ball served). Over the course of the 8 weeks, this game will be accelerated so the action is fast and continuous while evolving to a full 6 v 6 game – with tactics and position-specific skills.

Required age: 12 - 14 on the day of the activity

Notes: PLEASE NOTE: The start of winter programs has been delayed due to the Ontario Gov't regulations. We will advise to the new schedule as soon as the return to gyms is permitted.

Requirements: Open to all boys of girls who are Beginners and Intermediate players.
