Description:

This weekly program is fully focused on learning and developing skills and introducing tactical concepts in volleyball. Game play style drills help athletes learn and develop technical skills, understand tactical concepts, and foster enjoyment in the sport of volleyball. Feedback and instruction will be based on the drills, and the curriculum is based on expert knowledge in volleyball and learning theories.

• Mixed-gender, aged 14-17 (experience required)

• Graduation from FUNdamentals: Train or comparable experience (please email before signing up) required

• Drills and gameplay scenarios within the practices

• Coaching by experienced volleyball coaches

• Instruction and feedback based on learning and developing technical and tactical skills
