Description:

The Post Secondary Development Centre (PSDC) aims to provide professional level off-season training environment that will increase recruiting potential or roster role potential for athletes that are in the post-secondary pathways or are aspiring to do so. 

Practices will be twice a week with one women's only session and a combined session with men on Wednesdays.

Up to 2x2h session/week (no sessions Canada Day and Aug Civic holiday). High Level Coaching Sessions will be run by advanced-level coaches and will also include guest coaches.

Session will be recorded and video feedback will be provided

Required age: 17+ on the day of the activity

Prerequisites: Athletes who did not play or graduate from Maverick Volleyball but play at a Post-Secondary Level Please verify the entry requirements before signing up
