Strength and Conditioning for All Sports

This Strength & Conditioning program is designed for young athletes and youth looking to live a healthy, active lifestyle. This program is great for kids who would like to enhance their overall athleticism, complement their sport specific skills and build resistance to injury. This program is focused on developing strength, mobility and conditioning.

• Strength Training
• Agility, Coordination & Balance
• Functional Movement Skills

Price: $298.00 Taxes not included

Required age: 11 - 14 on the day of the activity

Cancellation Policy Mayfair Clubs requires a minimum of seven (7) days written notice from a registrant looking to cancel an event and/or activity. Cancellation requests received more than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program will be issued a credit for a future program. No credit will be issued for cancellation requests for any reason received less than 7 days prior to the beginning of the program. Mayfair Clubs reserves the right to cancel any program on any given date and time for situations outside of Mayfair Clubs control. Should this occur, all registrants will receive credit for a future program. If the program has begun, credit will be issued for the unused portion of the program. Written notice of cancellations can be sent to the Club Manager of the location of your programming. Visit our website for contact details. Member Discounts Existing and active Mayfair Clubs members can enjoy exclusive pricing on our programs. If a user registers and applies for the Member discount when they are not an active Mayfair Clubs member, they will be charged the discounted amount to their account. In some cases, an admin processing fee may apply.
