In this parent-accompanied class, little ones will start learning the foundations of movements and body control. They will start learning shapes and different basic skills with a focus on the gymnastics fundamental movement patterns.This structured class is full of exploration and discovery as you and your little one learn how their bodies can move as they go on, over, under, through and upside down.  A class of discovery and amazement for both you and your little one!  Gymnasts will be guided by their parents who are encouraged to stay involved in the class to help their little one stay curious, play, and explore while learning about how their bodies move.

Skills include:

Bars- shape hangs, swings, different grip holds

Beam- 2-foot balances and locomotions 

Floor: Forwards rolls, log rolls, front support, locomotions 

Vault: Jump, hop, leap, over/under obstacles. 

In each class, we will explore body awareness, strength building, and activities at stations to keep everyone active.This is a hands-on class for parents/guardians. Active participation is required. One adult per child is allowed in the class.

*Participants must be able to walk on their own.*
