Meadow Lake Gymnastics Club offers quality gymnastics programming for kids of all ages. Our coaching staff strive to provide an environment where participants achieve learning outcomes such as self-confidence, self-motivation, self-esteem, and perseverance.
Every athlete is required to have a GymSask membership ($48 for non-competitive athletes and $94 for competitive athletes), this membership expires August 31/2024. It can be purchased when registering online.

REGISTRATION:
Registration is based on age and experience.
Register your child according to the age they will be when classes begin or their experience from past sessions.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Click on your desired program.
2. Click on your desired day and time (or skip to step 4 by clicking on the "+" found to the right)
3. Click on the "register" button found to the right.
4. If you have an Amilia account, you will be prompted to log in if you have not already done so. If you do not have an Amilia account, you will be prompted to create a new one.
5. Your activity will be added to your cart which will appear in green/black in the top right-hand corner of your screen. You have 30 minutes to complete your transaction.
6. When registering your child(ren) please ensure you add them as a member on your account-top left side there is a black box that says "add member". This ensures your athlete is registered and not a parent.
Once you have entered into your account you may have to go into your information outside the registration process to ensure that all mandatory fields are filled out for each "member" You can find this by exiting out of the registration area and heading into the members section. There will be a drop down with all members, you will click here and fill in all the required information for each member.
NOTE: IF THE REGISTRATION SHOWS A MEMBERSHIP ERROR YOU HAVE MISSED FILLING IN INFORMATION AND REFER BACK TO THE ABOVE INSTRUCTIONS.
Multi-Class and Multi-person: If you are registering multiple children from the same family or for multiple classes within the same session, please add all of your classes to your cart before checking out. Once a class has been added to your cart, click on the "Continue Shopping" button or navigate to the top left main "Register" button (beside "Merchandise" and "Fundraising") to add another class.
Forms of Payment: Payment can be made by Visa or Mastercard. If you would like to make an offline payment (cash, cheque, or e-transfer to meadowlakegymnastics@gmail.com Question: What sport am I registering for? Answer: Gymnastics Please remember to add in athletes name so we can track who has paid for which athlete) please continue with making your Amilia account, once this is completed please contact our email meadowlakegymnastics@gmail.com
MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ALL NECESSARY INFORMATION ENTERED OTHERWISE YOU WILL ENCOUNTER AN ERROR MESSAGE.
THERE MUST BE A MEMBERSHIP FEE IN YOUR CART PRIOR TO ADDING YOUR ACTIVITY, IT SHOULD PROMPT YOU TO ADD THE APPROPRIATE FEE.
REGISTRATION POLICIES:
All registration is administered by Amilia - Meadow Lake Gymnastics online registration platform.
Families are required to maintain an active account on Amilia that includes names, phone numbers and email of the parent/guardian and emergency contact. Families are required to maintain/update payment information. Families are required to maintain their Amilia subscription.
Unsubscribing will result in missed communication.
PAYMENT OPTIONS:
1) Pay Now (in full) with a Credit card
2) E-transfer - click "offline payment" and send the amount to meadowlakegymnastics@gmail.com be sure to add gymnasts name in the note section.
3) Cash or Cheque - click "offline Payment" and contact us @ email meadowlakegymnastics@gmail.com or through our Facebook profile Click here for drop off options.
In the event, a payment is NSF or the client's credit card expired, please contact our email immediately to make an immediate payment arrangement. In the event, the fee is not paid within 3 business days the gymnast will not be permitted to participate in training until the outstanding balance is paid in full.
REQUIREMENTS: You as the athlete guardian will be required to take part in (2 time slots) for our set-up and take-down for gymnastics. We are unable to run classes if there is no one to help set-up and take-down. There will be a $60 deposit taken for those who register, if you fullfill your time slots you will have your $60 returned to you on the last day of classes. (If you are registering again from our 6 week session we will wave the set-up and take-down but you may be asked to step in if we don't have enough help from our new registrants) We as a club are hopeful to hire this out in the future. FUNDRAISING: Last session we asked for a $100 deposit for this. We found that our fundraising efforts from you all were tremendous and we will no longer ask for this deposit for any future fundraising. This sessions fundraiser will be co-op gift cards which will start in April. Thanks again to those who did so well with fundraising in our first session and we hope you enjoy your delicious soups.
REFUNDS:
Refund Policy: All GymSask fees are NON-REFUNDABLE once athlete is registered.
1- Members requesting to withdraw an athlete from class at least one week prior to classes beginning will be issued a full refund minus the GymSask fee. (GymSask fee is NON-REFUNDABLE)
2- Members requesting to withdraw an athlete from a class less than one week before classes begin or immediately after classes begin will be issued a refund minus the cost of the first class, a $20 administration fee, and the GymSask membership fee. (GymSask fee is NON-REFUNDABLE)
3- Members requesting to withdraw an athlete from a class five days after the first class has begun require a medical note for partial refund.
LATE REGISTRATION:
Late registration is accepted up until the second week of classes (March 12th/13th).
There are ZERO discounts for late registrations.
CLASS CANCELLATIONS:
Classes can be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances including - extreme weather, flooding, building issues - please stay tuned to our social media and emails throughout the session. We will always try to reschedule classes, but in the case it is not possible, no refund will be issued. If more than one class has to be cancelled the board will determine if refunds will be issued.
WHEN YOU ARRIVE FIRST DAY:
One parent/guardian can accompany their child into the gym to meet and greet their coaches. Once athletes start warming up, parents/guardians can exit the building or wait outside the gym unless your athlete needs you to stay.
Arrive on time for your class and wait outside the gym until class time!
PICK UP:
You must be on time to pick up your athlete. (thank you for your cooperation as our coaching staff have to be ready to start the next class)
Classes will end promptly at the designated time and athletes will exit into the lobby..
WHAT TO WEAR AND BRING TO GYMNASTICS:
Participants will be most comfortable wearing a t-shirt, tank top, shorts, leggings or a gym suit
Barefoot is best
No jewelry
Hair tied back for good visibility
Bring a filled water bottle labelled with the participant’s name
Medical devices labelled with participants name and instructions ex. epipen (parent/guardian is responsible for sharing details on specific use with the coach and program director)
PERSONAL PROPERTY:
Meadow Lake Gymnastics Club is NOT responsible for lost or stolen property in or around our premises, including the gym floor, bathroom, lobby, entrance or your vehicle. Meadow Lake Gymnastics Club and its personnel accept no responsibility for articles left behind.
VIEWING & PARTICIPATING CLASSES:
Due to many distractions last year we will ask parents/guardians/siblings to remain outside the gym if possible. If you are staying in the gym, noise NEEDS to be kept down and if it is not Coaches may ask you to leave the gym due to distractions.
Parent and Tot Classes will REQUIRE 1 parent per child for classes. Siblings have to stay seated on the side due to insurance and liability purposes. Children without supervision will be asked to leave class or not participate.
PRIVACY:
Photography and video are discouraged during class for reasons of privacy.
