Join our program to reduce stress and improve your physical and mental well-being. Strengthen your balance, stability, and core strength. Sessions will include the use of various equipment, along with cardio and gentle stretching activities, to achieve these goals. Body awareness and mindfulness activities will help to improve flexibility and reduce the risks of falls. Come and transform your mind and body in the New Year!
