Prepare for a challenge!  HiiT/Bootcamp Strength Training is a high-intensity, athletic agility and strength training class.  Expect some cardiovascular and muscular endurance challenges. Equipmenet varies everytime and each class is always different. If you're into or always want to try metabolic conditioning, this is it!
