Pilates is a method of exercise that will help to develop your strength, flexibility, and endurance.  Pilates emphasizes the development of core strength, muscular balance, and proper body alignment.  This class is suitable for all levels.  This class has a warm-up and heating section, strengthening exercises, and finishes with relaxation. It’s perfect if you experience low energy, stress, tension or just want to improve strength and mobility.
