Description:

Animal Flow is a structured series of animal-style, ground based exercises that can be linked together to form fluid movements (similar to yoga). It's good for building mobility, strength and developing motor control.  Learn travelling movement forms such as the Ape, Crab, Beast, Scorpion and Side Kickthrough, and then learn how to link them together.
