All Fitness Members receive a free 60-minute fitness assessment with one of our personal trainers. This one-on-one session is structured like an initial PT assessment where you will receive an individualized fitness evaluation. The goal of the fitness assessment is to give you an overview of your strengths and areas that need more care and attention, with a focus on safety, comfort and setting the foundations for beginning with confidence.
