Description:

MNjcc’s Small Group Training program is an exclusive training system for members seeking the expertise of, and motivation from, a personal trainer. The objective of this session is to teach specific powerlifting techniques. 

Powerlifting is a strength sport that consists of three attempts at maximal weight on three lifts: squat, bench press and dead lift. Part of each class will be dedicated to learning technique and form, and the remaining time will be spent mastering these lifting techniques. 

This class is limited to five (5) participants, offering members the chance to exercise as part of a small team, while enjoying the benefits of personal training at a lower price point.
