MNjcc’s Small Group Training program is an exclusive training system for those who are seeking the expertise of, and motivation from, a personal trainer. Natalia's Women on Weights program is meant for women who want to lift weights but don't know how to start. If you want to get comfortable in the free weights area, find out why weight lifting is important for women's overall health and make it a part of your training routine this program is for you. In this program Natalia will cover the key benefits of strength training for women, fundamental functional movements technique and the most affective and safe way to progress in strength training to achieve your goals and stay injury free. This class is limited to five (5) participants, offering members the chance to exercise as part of a small team, while enjoying the benefits of personal training at a lower price point.
