Description:
MNjcc’s Small Group Training program is an exclusive training system for those who are seeking the expertise of, and motivation from, a personal trainer. This class is a full body workout with a focus on strength, power and endurance exercises that can be modified for beginner to intermediate fitness levels. In this class we will focus on the weighted medicine ball and the way you can incorporate it into your exercise routine and adapt it to your personal workout. This class is limited to six (6) participants, offering members the chance to exercise as part of a small team, while enjoying the benefits of personal training at a lower price point.
