MNjcc’s Small Group TRX Training program is an exclusive training system for those who are seeking the expertise of, and motivation from, a personal trainer. Classes are limited to six (6) participants, offering members the chance to exercise as part of a small team, while enjoying the benefits of personal training at a lower price point.

This small group training class is a resistance-based workout designed for the beginner to intermediate participant.  It is a well-rounded routine using dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, balls, squares and your own body weight to achieve a strong and healthy physique. 

The routine is a combination of strength training exercises (reps/sets and/or circuits) where you will be coached the effective use of the fitness equipment for maximum benefits.
