MNjcc’s Small Group TRX Training program is an exclusive training system for those who are seeking the expertise of, and motivation from, a personal trainer. Classes are limited to six (6) participants, offering members the chance to exercise as part of a small team, while enjoying the benefits of personal training at a lower price point. This beginner friendly small group training class makes use of the TRX Suspension Trainer, a performance training tool that's different from the equipment you usually see at the gym as it leverages gravity and your body weight for a challenging and fun workout. Under Julia's guidence you'll learn to use TRX to challenge yourselves in a veriety of fitness components: strength, balance, flexibility and core strength simultaneously. This workout is suitable for beginners and people recovering from injuries since the TRX allows to alleviate some of the stress from your joints while still challenging your muscles.
