HIIT Pilates uses High Intensity Interval Training to get the calories burning with intense, one hundred percent effort bursts of exercise, paired with active recovery periods of Pilates exercises.  This type of training will not only work your cardiovascular system, but will improve your core strength, balance, and flexibility as well.
