This is an all level camp for elementary and middle school students. We work on focus, respect and discipline through physical and structured activities such as kicking and punching and self-defense. Taekwondo and Hapkido are both Korean martial arts, with taekwondo meaning "the way of the hand and foot" and Hapkido meaning "the way of coordinated energy".
