Description:

This camp, hosted by Mountain Recreation, is a week-long (Monday-Thursday) camp that will cover the basics of BMX racing. Participants will learn basic bike maintenance, one foot starts, gate starts, straight-a-ways, rhythm sections and jumping techniques. First time, beginner, and intermediate riders welcome. BMX bikes and full face helmets must be brought from home. Please dress in long sleeve pants and shirts.

Este campamento, organizado por Mountain Recreation, es un campamento de una semana (de lunes a jueves) que cubrirá los conceptos básicos de las carreras de BMX. Los participantes aprenderán el mantenimiento básico de la bicicleta, arranques con un pie, arranques en puertas, rectas, secciones de ritmo y técnicas de salto.
