Description:

This camp gives kids the opportunity to learn some awesome tricks and go through our Ninja course which is an adrenaline rush.  You will also learn how to use a slackline and some parkour tricks. 

Please pack a snack, sunscreen, water bottle and sneakers. Campers will not be allowed to use the vending machines so please make sure they have enough snacks and water. The schedule will change a little each day but will be similar to this:
1-1:30pm Warm-up and basic floor work
1:30-2:15pm Obstacle course and free running
2:15-2:30pm Snack Break 
2:30-3:00pm Group Games
3:00-3:30pm Trampolines and Air Tramps
3:30-4:00pm Ninja rope course and slackline

An email with more specific information will be sent out the week before camp starts.
